Thank you to the many businesses and individuals who applied to exhibit at the 2012 Small Farm Summit at Hofstra University on April 14, 2012. We are at capacity and cannot accept any additional applications.

VALUE IN EXHIBITING... The value in exhibiting the Summit is represented by the unparalleled success of the 2011 event. Conference attendance topped 600 and attendees included farmers, educators, businesses, university administrators, government leaders, public policy experts, and others who are interested in sustaining Long Islands local food source.

In 2012, we are expecting 1,000 professionals from across the Tri-State areas. In a challenging economy, the Farm Summit offers you a cost-effective way to showcase your products and expertise to potential customers and an opportunity to get connected to potential partners.

Exhibitor Q & A

What do Exhibitors receive for attending the Summit? As an exhibitor at the 2012 Farm Summit, you will get the opportunity to showcase your products and/or services to local farmers, educators, public policy officials, and many others who are interested in sustaining our local food source. The 2011 Summit attracted 600 attendees and we are expecting an increase in the number of participants for the 2012 Summit.

Each exhibitor will recieve one 8 foot table for your table top display and seating for two individuals.

Are table cloths provided? Vendors/Exhibitors must provide their own table-top covering.

Is Buffet lunch provided: Buffet lunch is available for $20 per person. Other concessions are available on campus. Brown bags are also welcomed.

Panel Discussion/Workshops: Vendor/Exhibitor payments does NOT include access to panel discussion or workshops. If you are interested in participating in attending the panel discussions or workshops, please include the cost of registration with your Exhibitor Application.

The cost of registration is as follows: $25 Early Bird registration (March 1st until March 31st) and $35 Registration (April 1st until April 14th).

Setup and Breakdown: Vendors will be allowed to setup their booths between 7:00 am and 9:30 am on the day of the event. The Exhibition Hall will open to the general public at noon.
